Refund Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. You must notify us within  3 days of delivery. Please email us immediately at cartofwonders5@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage (including the product and the original packaging).

We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

If you wish to return a non-damaged item because you have changed your mind:

  • Eligibility Window: You may return items within 3 days of delivery.

  • Condition of Items: The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Exception: For hygiene and safety reasons, any candle that has been lit or partially used cannot be returned. Custom or personalized hampers/items are also non-returnable.

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by emailing [your email address] with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Package the items securely and send them back to us at the address provided.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within  5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • We may offer partial refunds if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged in return shipment due to insufficient packaging.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, they will receive a gift credit for the value of their return.
