Thank you for shopping with cart of wonders. We are committed to delivering your handcrafted candles and hampers in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 6-7 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

 

 

 You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress. We take great care in packaging our candles to prevent damage during transit. Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer care team at cartofwonders5@gmail.com 

within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and an image of the damaged or incorrect item. We will happily organize a replacement as quickly as possible.

 

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to track it down. Ensure all delivery information is accurate. We do not take responsibility for undeliverable products due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
